NOTE: All wall tables are sold and only 10 aisle tables are left. (As of 2/10/16)


When is it?

The convention is going to be held April 1st, 2nd & 3rd, 2016, which, not coincidentally, is April Fool’s Weekend.

Where is it?

The convention is being held at the Radisson Hotel Philadelphia Northeast. The address is 2400 Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose, PA 19053, close to major highways and roads including the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Exit 351-Bensalem, one minute away), I-95 and Route 1. The hotel is located approximately 30 miles northeast of Philadelphia National Airport, 20 miles from downtown Philadelphia. See the Venue page for more information.

Can we stay at the Radisson?

Yes, the convention has blocked out the entire hotel for the weekend. Rooms are available at a preferred room rate of $109/night. Use the reservation code “TSC” when booking to get the convention rate. See the Venue page for more information.

How much is it to have a table?
A standard 6’ rectangular table cost $150 for an aisle and $175 for a wall (wall tables are now SOLD OUT) for the full 3-day convention.

Can I have multiple tables?
Yes, but there is a limited number of tables so book your tables early.

Can I have a lighted sign? Electric displays? Video?
Vendors can have access to electricity to run mobile devices and payment terminals. Video displays must be approved for both content, size and placement prior to the show. If you do have a video monitor, no sound is permitted.

Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes.

Can I sell food?
Collectible items and items not for immediate consumption can be sold. No concessions are allowed.

Can anyone have a table?
While we hope to be able to accommodate everyone who wishes to have a table in the vendor room, space is limited. Therefore, the convention reserves the right to allocate space to vendors with a variety of memorabilia, collectibles and products to provide a diverse shopping experience for attendees.

Can I sell the homemade Three Stooges (fill in the blank) I want to sell?
Only licensed Three Stooges memorabilia and products may be sold. Homemade or handmade memorabilia, such as artwork, may be displayed for the attendees enjoyment, but it cannot be sold unless it is already licensed by C3 Entertainment, Inc.

Can I ship merchandise/display units, etc. to the hotel ahead of time?
Storage is very limited at the hotel so please contact the hotel to discuss exactly what you would like to ship.
